cycling After passing through the dam lake where THE LAKOTAN is located, we will hill climb a mountain road rich in nature and aim for the scenic spot "Kurimata Falls". You can also see some of the life of wild animals such as deer, monkeys, and wild birds.

Gorge Hike From THE LAKOTAN, head to the aesthetic landspace "Kurimata Falls" by a private car, and follow the waterfall tour promenade to "Ozawamata Falls", "Suigetsu-dera", and "Kurimata Falls Observatory". During the autumn season, there is also a light up, so you can enjoy any scenery you visit. After your hike, you can return to THE LAKOTAN by a private car.

SAUNA en From THE LAKOTAN, we will head to the campsite "Shige Can" overlooking the Isumi River by a private car, and we will guide you to "SAUNA en" in the campsite. The log cabin-type sauna room is equipped with a precious wood-burning stove, and you can enjoy the Isumi River flowing next to the sauna instead of a water bath.

“Totonoi” experience by Chinese herbal medicine
Chinese herbal medicine has developed since its introduction to Japan in the 4th century and has taken root as an herbal remedy. We offer a personalized sauna experience using ancient herbal Chinese medicine. A European tent sauna is set up in a private garden, and a professional sauna technician will be on hand to assist you with your sauna experience.
